July 6th went to pick up some fried chicken and it wasn't great like before. whoever used to work before the people that was there, they made some bomb ass fried chicken
When I visit this Kroger, it is usually for something quick or to visit the pharmacy. I decided on a fruit bowl and found the perfect one at Kroger, it was very fresh and there was enough of each fruit to go around. It is something, I'll get again. Customer Service Counter: The ladies at the counter are always pleasant to work with, I never have any issues with the level of customer service they provide. Pharmacy: I use them as my local pharmacy, they're always efficient and move expeditiously. Sometimes, the drive-thru can get backed up, but that's to be expected right after work hours. If anything, I'd suggest, that those with questions/issues with their script, be told to come in. My last visit was a bit longer than usual, there was someone at their window for over 15. They were asking questions that required price lookups and comparisons, which isn't something for the drive-thru window. Overall, I like this local Kroger for what I use it for. Also, saving .10 cents on gas always pays off, as well!
Updating my review: Today's trip to this location was great! Yes, it's still definitely crowded and parking gets sticky. But the cashier at self checkout was AMAZING. I needed assistance and she was super sweet about it. I know a lot of people feel like using self checkout is basically "doing the grocery store's job but not getting paid for it." However, it truly is helpful and if you only have a handful of items it's not too big of a deal. I can understand having a cart full and not wanting to deal with self checkout. I'm the same way. The line for self checkout today was in and out, no wait at all. I have nothing to complain about. My church is right up the street and this location comes in clutch. I just mentally prepare myself to be patient because like I said it's super crowded. So that's my advice, BE PATIENT and courteous.
